Great, safe location for a single, female traveler. Very clean rooms with ample bathroom space. Easy access to free street parking on weekdays. Close proximity to Prospect Park Boathouse, perfect for attending events. Friendly and helpful staff, offering guidance and assistance. Comfortable beds and excellent AC. Reliable WiFi and good water flow in the shower. Convenient transportation options with a nearby subway station.

I had a fantastic stay at this residence! Michelle, our host, was incredibly warm and welcoming. The location was perfect, as it was close to shops, the subway, and Prospect Park. The house itself was surprisingly quiet and calm, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was extremely comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. I also loved the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed me to save money by cooking my own meals.
